whatever you regimen looks like, if taking vitamins multiple times a day is something you can not/are not willing to commit to, then surgery may not be the right option for you. all bariatric patients are at risk for vitamin deficienies because the digestive system has been altered! i know it looks like a lot, but it’s really not too overwhelming when it’s integrated in to your daily life. my vitamins are basically taken around meal and water fill up times! the brand i use is @Celebrate Vitamins
